Getting Started in Canada
In 2019, two pastors from Harbour Fellowship Church began knocking on doors in the neighborhood behind their church to share the gospel. As Harbour faithfully engaged in this ministry each week, this ministry started to bear fruit.
God was faithful to Harbour, and over time, other churches and leaders took notice and wanted to get involved. Desiring to be obedient to Christ's Great Commission, they discovered that by learning simple, reproducible, biblical tools, they could equip others in their churches to engage in this ministry as well. Through this process, many began to see in God's Word how evangelism leads to discipleship, which in turn leads to starting churches.
By God's grace, in the past few years, new churches have been started as ordinary disciples of Jesus have gone out to share the gospel and make disciples.
We pray that this is just the beginning. In the years to come, we hope that more churches and leaders will catch this vision—going out to share the gospel, making disciples, and starting churches.
